Figure Skating in Harlem’s, Skating With the Stars, Under the Stars is taking place tonight, April 10, 2006, at Wollman Rink in Central Park, New York City from 6 - 8 p.m. The evening will include Olympic and World Medalists skating side by side with guests. Skaters including Dorothy Hamill, Viktor Petrenko, Rudy Galindo, Oksana Baiul, Sarah Hughes, Emily Hughes, Irina Slutskaya, Evgeni Plushenko, Paul Wylie, Johnny Weir, Timothy Goebel and Sasha Cohen have been invited to attend.

Debi Thomas, one of America's best known female figure skating stars, will be honored this year.

Marshalls U.S. Figure Skating International Showcase will take place in Greenville, South Carolina on April 11, 2006. Emily Hughes will be one of five ladies participating. Each lady will skate two exhibition pieces. The event will be televised on ABC on April 15 from 3-5 p.m.
