The October 2007 issue of Blades on Ice magazine had an article on pages 64-66 featuring Emily Hughes. It included a nice photo. It told about the competitions, charity events and shows that she participated in during the past season and her plans for the upcoming season.

Emily will again be part of An Evening With Champions which is organized by Harvard Students to benefit the Jimmy Fund for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This year Emily will be a student at Harvard as well as a performer.

This year's shows will be Friday, October 12 at
8 p.m. and Saturday, October 13, 2007 at
7 p.m. The show will take place at Harvard's Bright Hockey Center in Allston, Massachusetts.

Update: Emily skated to Ike & Tina Turner's "Proud Mary" at Evening with Champions. Her dorm attended the event giving her lots of support.
